You've Seen How
Healthcare Works.
Now Lead It.
Most hospitals promote clinicians into leadership and give them zero business training. This MBA closes that gap — without making you quit your job or pause your career.

India's Healthcare Sector Is Growing at 22% CAGR.
The Leadership Gap Is Growing Faster.
By 2030, India will need over 1.8 million trained healthcare administrators and managers. The professionals closest to the problem — doctors, operations staff, clinical coordinators — are systematically bypassed for leadership roles because they lack formal business and strategy credentials.
AIM’s MBA in Healthcare Management was built to close that gap. Not with theory. With a curriculum anchored in real-world healthcare contexts.
Two Years of Experience
Is Your Entry Requirement.
This programme does not begin at zero. You bring clinical or operational context. We bring the frameworks, networks, and strategic lens. Together, they produce something neither classroom nor career alone can create.
Hospital Operations
For the coordinator or administrator who manages floor-level operations but wants a seat at the strategic table.
Pharmaceutical & Medtech
For the sales manager, territory lead, or product specialist who understands the commercial side and wants to move into leadership.
Health Policy & NGOs
For the public health professional or programme manager who wants to bridge policy and implementation at scale.
Clinical Professionals
For the clinician who sees the system's inefficiencies every day and wants the management tools to change them.
Diagnostics & Pathology
For the technical specialist who wants to build, run, or scale a healthcare enterprise.
A Curriculum Built Around
Healthcare's Actual Complexity.
The MBA in Healthcare Management runs over 4 semesters. The hybrid format means you attend campus for intensive immersions — and complete the rest remotely, without leaving your job.
Each semester integrates core management disciplines with healthcare-specific applications. You don’t study Porter’s Five Forces in the abstract — you apply it to hospital system consolidation.

Student Testimonials

From Clinics to Boardrooms
“I come from a science background and always wanted to bridge healthcare and management. The MBA in Healthcare Management at AIM gave me exactly that — exposure to hospital operations, health policy, and healthcare finance, taught by faculty with real industry experience. I’m now working with a leading hospital chain in Delhi in their strategy team, something I couldn’t have imagined before joining AIM.”

The Right Specialisation at the Right Institute
“What sets AIM’s Healthcare Management programme apart is how it connects business fundamentals with the realities of India’s healthcare sector. From live projects with hospitals to sessions on health insurance and pharma marketing, every module was relevant and practical. The placement support was exceptional — I received my offer letter before I even finished my final semester.”

AIM Opened Doors I Didn’t Know Existed
“I enrolled in the Healthcare Management MBA at AIM not fully knowing where it would take me. Two years later, I’m a management trainee at a top diagnostic company, handling operations across multiple centres. AIM’s curriculum, combined with strong industry connections and a rigorous internship programme, prepared me for challenges that textbooks alone never could.”

The Questions You're Actually Thinking.
Yes. The hybrid structure was specifically designed for healthcare professionals who work non-standard hours. Online sessions are recorded and available on-demand. Campus intensives are scheduled months in advance so you can plan your roster around them.
Yes — the 3-month RUDN University phase in Moscow is a core part of the programme and required for the dual degree. Visa support and accommodation logistics are managed by AIM. Most students consider it the most transformative part of the programme.
The MBA is approved by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) and conferred by AIM. The RUDN University component grants a second certification from a Russian state university. Please contact admissions for the most current regulatory details relevant to your employer or state.
The total program fee is ₹11,00,000 (11 lakhs). This covers your full 24-month hybrid program across India and the international module at RUDN University, Moscow.
The fee covers tuition, study materials, and your international module at RUDN University, Moscow. International flight costs to and from Moscow are not included and will need to be arranged separately.
Absolutely. Doctors are one of our most active cohort segments. Clinical authority combined with management credentials puts you in a category almost no one else can compete in — Medical Superintendent, CMO, or founder of a healthcare enterprise become realistic within a few years of graduation.
AIM has tie-ups with partner NBFCs and banks for education loans. Once you receive an offer letter, our finance team will connect you with the relevant loan officer. Most students with stable employment are approved within 7—10 working days. Repayment typically begins after the first semester.
We primarily evaluate professional trajectory and clarity of intent — not academic scores or entrance exams. Someone with 4 years in hospital operations who can articulate what they want to change about their system will be evaluated more seriously than a high scorer with no clear direction.
